Nutrition plays pivotal role in livestock production system, including dairy. Much has been said about the shortage of feed resources in the country and it is stated that due to shortage of resources we are not able to harness the genetic potential of animals for milk production and similarly, FCR in poultry, meat production in broilers and egg production inlayer birds.
